Tui na is a Chinese form of massage based around a constant movement of the hand to apply a similar wave-form, much like the vibracussor. The hand motion ranges from a gentle rocking of the hand to the directed rocking of a thumb for more focused parts of the body.
It is common to move a joint through a range of motion while the rocking motion is occurring, allowing the joint muscle to release naturally and require less force to release.
Tui na ideas can be applied to use of the vibracussor since it creates a similar wave-form. There is one popular tui na move which is used on the face, causing a relaxing face massages while moving lymph and allowing the face to receive fresh blood and glow like it should!
